Kenneth is an emerging talent in the construction industry, currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager where he supports project coordination, scheduling, and field operations across a variety of commercial builds. A native of Richmond, Texas, Kenneth brings a strong work ethic and team-first mentality shaped by his years as a collegiate baseball player at Sam Houston State University and Houston Christian University.
In his first full-time role out of college, Kenneth quickly became a versatile contributor, handling a wide range of responsibilities to keep projects moving efficiently. His leadership and communication skills—honed both on the field and in the workplace—make him a valuable asset to any team.
Outside of work, Kenneth remains connected to the sport he loves by coaching select baseball teams, mentoring young athletes and fostering a competitive, character-driven environment. He also enjoys spending time with his fiancée Alyssa.
Tommy brings over a decade of experience in real estate and construction to his role at Yellow Crown Construction. A native Houstonian, Tommy began his career with Braun Enterprises—YCC’s founding company—where he spent eight years supporting property operations, development projects, and tenant buildouts.
He later founded Pine Property Services, a residential remodel and handyman company in Denver, where he oversaw everything from small carpentry repairs to full home renovations. His hands-on experience in project management, client relations, and field operations gives him a well-rounded perspective on construction workflows.
With a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Tyler, Tommy is now stepping into a dual role in estimating and assistant project management, where he applies his analytical background and hands-on experience to support project planning, cost analysis, and execution. His unique blend of financial insight and operational know-how allows him to bridge the gap between budgeting and field coordination. Outside of work, Tommy enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and participating in various local volunteer opportunities.
